Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during peak periods.
Destinations and shipping charges
BuyVerse ships to New Zealand and international destinations. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping options and charges before paying. If your destination is unavailable, contact us before ordering.
Estimated delivery
- New Zealand: 5–18 business days.
- International destinations: 7–20 business days.
These are delivery estimates, in addition to order processing. Customs, carrier delays and peak seasons can affect delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date; do not assume that an estimate is a guaranteed arrival date.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Check the requirements for your destination before ordering.
Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries
Contact BuyVerse at support@buyverseplace.com with your order number if your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged. We will investigate with the fulfilment provider or carrier and work with you on the appropriate resolution. Carrier or customs involvement does not remove any consumer rights or remedies that apply by law.
