Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

Original tags and packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as final sale

Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect size/item sent by us.

If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product if applicable.

Once your return is approved, carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
